The striking twin island rocks of Holywell Bay form a view unlike any other along this part of the Cornish coast. Steep cliffs to each side of the beach and dense dunes behind ensure an unspoilt landscape which has been repeatedly used in film and television productions. This small size print captures a view from amongst the dunes looking out towards the distinctive rocks.

Gareth Ellis lives and works in Cornwall with his prints depicting his favourite subjects; Cornwall and the sea. Gareth enjoys the challenge of simplifying Cornish landscapes and coastal scenes into basic forms and depicting light and shade with minimal print layers. The majority of his work is developed from sketches and drawings taken from around Cornwall and then transferred into hand pulled screen prints or digital prints.
